Refund and Returns Policy
- As a brand who makes only custom made garments + made to order fits ; we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- For claims on receiving defected or false product , a video of unpacking if the package from the begging in required.
- An exchange will be processed for those false and defected products once the criteria are met.
- We do not accept Cash On Delivery.
- We accept all kind of online mode of payment.
- Fair assistance would be provided in case if size issues. We would also take up size alterations for free of charge and any other charges you may require, charges applied.
- We do not provide a pickup service in case of return for alterations / exchanges, this will have to be done by the client and also courier charges and additional courier charges to be borne by the client.
- Alternative timeline would be provided for the dispatch of alteration products. It can take longer sometimes, and the update will be provided in that case.
- Strictly NO RETURN NO REFUND and NO EXCHANGE ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED.

- Our reputed courier partner ensures that you receive your order at the earliest and in good condition.
- Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.). To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct address, PIN Code and contact number. You will receive a dispatch notification email/ sms that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order.
We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In an unlikely event when we’re not able to send or replace your order due to unavailability of the product, we will inform you as soon as possible and REFUND the amount for the same
